4. Prohibited Uses

Violations will result in account termination and possible legal action.

Affiliates must agree to the following:

Pharmalogix reserves the right to revoke affiliate status and withhold commissions if these conditions are violated.

6. Order Restrictions

Pharmalogix reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or require additional verification from customers at our discretion.

7. Payments & Refunds

All payments are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in cases of:

– Incorrect items shipped
– Items damaged in transit (unopened)

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pharmalogix disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from the use or inability to use this site or its contents.
