How does Pharmalogix verify product purity?
Who performs your testing?
Testing is conducted by MZ Biolabs, a professional laboratory specializing in peptide and small-molecule analysis based in Tucson, Arizona.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?
Yes – every product has a corresponding COA that includes chromatographic data, lot number, and testing methodology. These can be viewed directly on each product page or in our centralized COA Library.
Are your products intended for human use?
No. All Pharmalogix products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not for human consumption and should not be used for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
📦 Shipping & Handling
How long do orders take?
Orders are typically confirmed within 24 hours on business days. On average our processing time is 3-5 days before your product is handed off to a 3rd party shipping agency. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Average delivery to US customers is 5-10 days, and for international customers, 1-2 weeks. Once you receive a tracking number it means the package has left our warehouse, if there is a lack of updates it is a delay on the shipping agency’s part. If it takes more than 5 days before you receive a tracking update we escalate the order as priority with our agency.
How much does shipping usually cost?
All of our products come with free shipping, consequently deliveries may not be overnight. Slower shipping helps avoid issues with customs for international customers so don’t be concerned if it takes 1-2 weeks for foreign destinations. If you require expedited shipping please reach out and let us know.
What shipping methods do you use?
All shipments are sent using discreet packaging. Please do not discard the product because you are unsure of what you received, if there is an issue or you have a question please contact us. Standard tracked shipping is used for domestic and international orders, with delivery times depending on your location, on average 5-10 days for US customers and 1-2 weeks for international customers.
How are products packaged for shipping?
Vials are shipped in protective clamshell kits with padded packaging to prevent breakage. Temperature-sensitive items are shipped with cold packs if required.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes – once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link. You can also log into your account to check your order status.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. Customs clearance is the responsibility of the buyer however we will do our best to lower risk of seizure. Delivery times and import rules vary depending on location.

Why do you sell only 10-vial kits?
Pharmalogix kits are standardized at 10 vials per product for consistency and ease of distribution. This format allows labs and researchers to work with uniform batches, reducing variability.
What comes included in a kit?
Each kit contains 10 sealed sterile vials of the selected compound in a lyophilized powder form, packaged in a protective clamshell. No extras or additives are included.
Do kits come reconstituted or with BAC water?
No – Pharmalogix products are sold as-is for research. Researchers are expected to source solvents appropriate to their protocols.
Why do some labels have “combo” listed instead of a CAS number?
Certain formulations (e.g., BPC-157 + TB-500) are blends and do not have a single CAS number. In these cases, “COMBO” is listed to maintain label consistency.

Do I need an account to order?
No – Customers can check out as guests but are advised to create an account. Creating an account allows you to track past orders and receive faster service.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. If your package arrives damaged, contact support immediately for resolution.
